Merchandise Pickup​/ Receiving​/Facilities Associate

To receive vendor goods/supplies and distribute as need. Support and assist the purchasing manager, inventory manager and APCO employees in procurement of goods and supplies as well as facilities maintenance.

• Pull stock as needed and maintain satisfactory inventory levels.
• Receive vendor goods/unload trucks. Deliver vendor goods to specific departments and/or stocking area.
• Make "runs" to warehouse for parts;
  Pull and load parts per requisition.
• Drive company forklift as needed.
• Drive company vehicle as needed.
• Fill "Sign Word" orders and record, thereby maintaining inventory.
• Light maintenance as needed (facilities maintenance): replace ceiling tiles, replace light bulbs and furniture arrangement.
• Other such duties as may be required to meet objective.

• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Valid Georgia Driver's license.
• Excellent math and measuring skills.
• Good organizational skills, detail oriented, and good knowledge of mechanics.
• Prior forklift experience.
• Position requires, at times, working in a non-temperature-controlled environment, standing, sitting, carrying, reaching, loading, unloading trucks, lifting up to 50 lbs. with assistance and clean MVR (7 year).
