Job Title: Junior Level Warehouse Coordinator
Location: Atlanta, GA

About the jobWe are looking for a Junior Level detail-oriented Warehouse & Inventory Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our after-sales operations. In this position, you will take ownership of spare parts inventory, coordinate the flow of materials, and help ensure that the right parts are available when our service teams need them. You will work closely with headquarters and internal teams to manage replenishment, maintain accurate inventory records, and support the return and processing of used or defective parts.
This is a hands‑on role for someone who is organized, reliable, and comfortable managing day-to-day warehouse operations in a fast-moving environment.
- 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, spare parts management, logistics, or a similar role.
- Experience with receiving shipping, inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and material handling is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and other office software.
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Ability to travel to or commute between Atalanta Office and Detroit Office as needed.
- Willingness to temporarily work at alternative sites during training periods or until assigned facility is operational.
- Travel frequency will vary based on business needs and operational status of assigned facility.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse environment within the AGV, robotics, automation, or industrial equipment industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with robotics spare parts, electrical/mechanical components, or after‑sales service materials is a plus.
- Experience in supporting technical service, field service, or after‑sales operations in a robotics or automation company is preferred.

- Manage day-to-day spare parts warehouse operations, including inventory organization, storage, tracking, and stock accuracy.
- Handle the receiving, inspection, recording, and dispatch of spare parts and other after-sales materials.
- Monitor spare parts consumption and inventory levels and coordinate timely replenishment orders with headquarters to maintain adequate stock availability.
- Collect, organize, and track used or defective parts returned from repair activities, and coordinate shipments to headquarters for repair, replacement, or further processing.
- Coordinate and support warehouse and after-sales operations in Detroit Office.
