Warehouse Associate

Position Summary:

As an HVAC Warehouse Associate, you will be integral to our branch operations, ensuring efficient order picking, packing, and inventory management.

Your role will involve utilizing your warehouse experience and forklift certification to handle materials safely and effectively. Your core skills in packaging and stocking, combined with premium skills in operating RF scanners and reach trucks, will enhance our delivery service. We expect you to maintain high standards of quality control while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Primary Duties and Responsibilities Loading, unloading, sorting, and staging inventory in the warehouse

Warehouse up-keep: ensuring organization and warehouse appearance

Safe operation of forklift and other material handling equipment

Scanning and recording of customer orders and inventory

Must participate in regular inventory counts

Other warehouse associated duties as assigned by management

Required

Education:

- High school diploma or equivalent

Required Experience:

- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is a plus
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is beneficial

- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
- Basic math skills for counting and measuring
- Good communication skills for working with team members
