Please note hours for this position are Monday to Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The Inventory Control Reporting Specialist assists in the research of inventory discrepancies that may arise from internal or external factors with the goal of maintaining exceptionally high inventory accuracy.

A reasonable estimate of the current hourly pay range for this position is: $23.30 to $34.96

Responsibilities
  • Reports to the Inventory Manager regular inventory status updates.
  • Assists in the reconciliation of Inventory Cycle Counts.
  • Works closely with Finance to monitor troubled Sub Inventories.
  • Assists Inventory Analysts in addressing and correcting Inventory discrepancies stemming from physical inventory counts.
  • Works closely with Inventory control specialist in addressing inventory imbalances.
  • Ensures positive customer experience by reviewing, reconciling and updating Order Rejects and Duplicate orders.
  • Works closely with Information Technology to identify and correct WMS / ERP System issues.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience
  • 3 to 5+ years’ experience in a warehouse with an emphasis on inventory control, and cycle counts.
  • Knowledge of WMS and ERP communications.
  • Analytical, detail orientated and Self-motivated.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Experience with Manhattan Scale WMS or similar WMS.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP.
  • Domestic travel as needed.
