Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable, safety-focused Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team in South Fulton, GA. The ideal candidate has experience operating multiple types of powered industrial trucks (PIT), possesses basic computer skills, and is comfortable working at elevated heights. This position plays an important role in supporting daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, inventory accuracy, freight preparation, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate multiple types of powered industrial trucks (PIT), including:
• Sit-Down Forklift
• Stand-Up Forklift
• Cherry Picker
• Safely operate additional warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and hydraulic jacks.
• Receive, store, package, label, and prepare freight for shipment.
• Accurately process shipping and receiving documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory integrity.
• Perform warehouse activities while working safely at elevated heights when required.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and warehouse standards.
• Work collaboratively with sales and management teams to support the development and growth of assigned accounts.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding inventory, shipping, receiving, and operational needs.
• Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating powered industrial trucks is required.
• Experience operating Sit-Down Forklifts, Stand-Up Forklifts, and Cherry Pickers is required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems or shipping software.
• Comfortable working at elevated heights.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and transport materials as required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, productivity, and accuracy.
• Dependable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Work Environment:

This position is based in a fast-paced warehouse environment and requires the ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment, handle materials, and work at varying heights. The successful candidate will be expected to follow all safety procedures while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
