New Cold is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor for the 2nd shift (2 pm – 10 pm) to lead outbound shipping in a temperature-controlled warehouse. You will supervise dock activity, staging, loading, and ensure on-time dispatch while upholding safety and cold chain standards.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in warehouse operations, and at least 1 year of leadership or dispatch supervision, with experience in frozen environments and WMS.
