Mission Readiness Associate

Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicle technology
, is seeking a Mission Readiness Associate 1 to join their team. As a Mission Readiness Associate 1, you will be part of the Mission Readiness / Base Operations Department supporting the Mission Readiness, Vehicle Operations, and Parts Inventory teams

Job Title:Mission Readiness Associate 1

Location: Atlanta, GA

Pay Range:$25/hr

• Ensure vehicles, equipment, and work spaces are clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.
• Perform vehicle fueling, mission preparation procedures, and readiness checks.
• Support the movement, storage, and logistics of vehicles and equipment across locations.
• Assist with inventory management and readiness of spare parts.
• Provide operational and technical support, including testing activities, documentation, and basic vehicle maintenance tasks.

• 2–4 years of work experience in operations, logistics, automotive, or a related field.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screen.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Strong communication, multitasking, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
