Maintain exterior grounds and remove debris from docks, garages, walks, rooftops, and parking areas;
Operate heavy sit-on equipment and tools to perform grounds maintenance;
Assist with inventory and supply deliveries for grounds operations;
Drive company vehicles and participate in snow removal during winter;
Assist with Apprentice training and complete special assignments as requested
