Understands and responds to internal guests needs. Communicates in a friendly, respectful and understandable manner. Politely gives consistent, timely and accurate information and finds answer when unsure. Uses outlined service behaviors when encountering guests. Meets expected service delivery times as defined by department’s service standards or as required by receiver of service or goods. Is a team player, cooperates with employees within the department as well as other departments.

Speaks positively about the company, co-workers and guests. $30.9900 PER HOUR

Ensures safe, efficient operation of all equipment relevant to boilers, chillers, pumps, life safety equipment, air handlers, and emergency generators. Responsible for preventive and regular maintenance of all equipment. Applies operation procedures as required by state and local codes. Performs water testing treatment for boilers and chillers. Maintains log of all equipment status and inventory of parts and material necessary for repairs.

Keeps equipment and assigned areas clean. The function of this position does not include the maintenance or operation of gaming equipment. A security escort is required should these persons perform these functions in a restricted casino area.

• Certified boiler operator with minimum Black Seal High Pressure License (union and New Jersey).
• Communication skills.
• Three years boiler operations; two years operating large tonnage air conditioning chillers.
• Must possess a valid New Jersey driver's license.
• NJ CER LICENSE REQUIRED
