Custodian and Floor Technician

Integrity National Corporation is seeking dependable, hardworking, and motivated individuals to join our team as Custodians and Floor Technicians. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment through general custodial duties and floor maintenance services.

• Collect and remove trash.
• Clean, disinfect, and restock restrooms.
• Dust furniture, fixtures, walls, and equipment.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors.
• Clean carpets and upholstery as needed.
• Perform floor care services, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and polishing.
• Operate floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, burnishers, and wet/dry vacuums.
• Maintain tile, concrete, terrazzo, and other flooring surfaces.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety standards.
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Assist with facility setup for meetings and events as needed.
• Report maintenance and repair needs to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum six (6) months of custodial, janitorial, or floor care experience preferred.
• Floor care experience, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and carpet cleaning, is preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.

• Background check required.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation.
• Valid driver's license may be required based on site requirements.
