* Job Description:

** Under the direction of the Facilities Director, the incumbent is responsible for servicing guest and non-guest areas of the facility.
*
* ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

*** Pressure washing patios, awnings, pool decks and pool furniture.
* General cleaning of all mechanical and equipment rooms.
* Clean up of lot/garage and detail to include lakes, ponds, roof tops, sidewalks, and roadways.
* Operates and maintains fuel powered equipment, including company’s utility vehicle.
