Required qualifications/skills:
- High school diploma/GED
- Must be 18 years of age
- Able to readwrite, speak, and understand English
- Mechanical aptitude with basic electrical/electronics knowledge
- Comfortable with hand tools
- Experience repairing arcade/vending/similar equipment preferred
- Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays) and ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
As an Arcade Technician, you’ll help keep the fun flowing by maintaining, repairing, and fine-tuning arcade games and related equipment so guests can play without pause.
Key responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair arcade games, simulators, redemption and prize equipment
- Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software/PC-based issues
- Swap parts, calibrate machines, and verify they meet manufacturer specs
- Respond quickly to malfunctions during operating hours; reset/reboot or take games offline when needed
- Track repair notes, parts usage, and maintenance logs; support installs, removals, and layout changes
- Help ensure safe operation, report hazards, and coordinate with vendors for advanced repairs
