Required qualifications/skills:

High school diploma/GED
Must be 18 years of age
Able to readwrite, speak, and understand English
Mechanical aptitude with basic electrical/electronics knowledge
Comfortable with hand tools
Experience repairing arcade/vending/similar equipment preferred
Flexible schedule (nights/weekends/holidays) and ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Keep the Games Going

As an Arcade Technician, you’ll help keep the fun flowing by maintaining, repairing, and fine-tuning arcade games and related equipment so guests can play without pause.

Key responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair arcade games, simulators, redemption and prize equipment
Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and preventative maintenance
Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and software/PC-based issues
Swap parts, calibrate machines, and verify they meet manufacturer specs
Respond quickly to malfunctions during operating hours; reset/reboot or take games offline when needed
Track repair notes, parts usage, and maintenance logs; support installs, removals, and layout changes
Help ensure safe operation, report hazards, and coordinate with vendors for advanced repairs
