The Integrity National Corporation is currently hiring for Floor Technicians.

The Floor Technician performs routine and thorough floor maintenance tasks at assigned locations, including cleaning, disinfecting, trash removal, and floor care using various equipment and chemicals.

• Performs routine and comprehensive floor maintenance of assigned locations per Statement of Work (SOW).
• Sweeps, mops, scrubs, clean carpet and upholstery, strip and wax tile floor, concrete, and terrazzo flooring by utilizing different methods and equipment including but not limited to single discs, boost machines, wet/dry vacuums, ride-on floor machines, squeegees, mops and buckets, razor floor scrapers, doodlebugs, buffing machines and numerous stripping/waxing chemicals.
• Must have experience in all aspects of floor care including carpet shampooing, floor buffing, stripping and waxing floors.
• Cleans and disinfects various indoor and outdoor areas and orders and stocks facilities with paper and supplies.
• Removes trash in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensures safe work practices and procedures are followed in regard to maintaining, cleaning, and preserving a variety of surfaces.
• Utilize a wide range of chemicals according to state and federal regulations.
• Handling and disposing of waste and hazardous materials with care.
• Lock and unlock assigned buildings: secure buildings when facilities are not in use, check for unlocked doors and windows, and report any unauthorized occupants if necessary.
• Assist with setting up facilities for meetings, conferences, events, etc.
• Attend emergencies when necessary.
• Support and enforce all site policies, health and safety regulations and guidelines.
• Per Sites requirements, drive to different working sites as required, ensuring timely arrival and safe transportation of personnel and equipment.
• Report any necessary equipment repairs to the supervisor.
• Any other duties as assigned and needed to help fulfill our mission and support our client while consistent with INCs policy and the collective bargaining agreement (if applicable).

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
• Must have prior floor care experience.
• One (1) year of related experience and/or training.

• Background check is required.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation.
• Applicants must provide valid identification as required by the government (e.g., REAL drivers license preferred, passport if available).
• Valid Drivers License (if required by Site).
• Use of personal vehicle (if required by Site). Vehicle must have state-minimum insurance.

• Night shift:
  Monday through Friday, 5:30 PM 1:00 AM (7 hours nightly).
• Potential to become full-time.(Union)

El Tcnico de Pisos realiza tareas rutinarias y exhaustivas de mantenimiento de pisos en las ubicaciones asignadas, incluyendo limpieza, desinfeccin, recoleccin de basura y cuidado de pisos utilizando diferentes equipos y productos qumicos.

• Realizar el mantenimiento rutinario y completo de los pisos en las ubicaciones asignadas de acuerdo con la Declaracin de Trabajo (SOW).
• Barrer, trapear, restregar, limpiar alfombras y tapicera, decapar y encerar pisos de loseta, concreto y terrazo utilizando diferentes mtodos y equipos, incluyendo pero no limitado a mquinas de disco simple, mquinas automticas, aspiradoras hmedas/secas, mquinas de piso con operador a bordo, escurridores, trapeadores y baldes, raspadores de piso, cepillos manuales, pulidoras y diversos productos qumicos para decapado y encerado.
• Debe tener experiencia en todos los aspectos del cuidado de pisos, incluyendo lavado de alfombras, pulido de pisos, decapado y encerado.
• Limpiar y desinfectar diversas reas interior es y exterior es, as como ordenar y abastecer las instalaciones con papel y suministros.
• Retirar la basura de acuerdo con los procedimientos establecidos.
• Asegurar que se sigan las prcticas y procedimientos de trabajo seguro en relacin con el mantenimiento, limpieza y preservacin de diversas superficies.
• Utilizar una amplia gama de productos qumicos de acuerdo con las regulaciones estatales y federales.
• Manipular y desechar desechos y materiales peligrosos con cuidado.
