Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
Job Goal:
To maintain the physical school plant, facilities and equipment in a condition of operating excellence and safety, so that full educational use of them may be made at all times.
Qualifications:
- Hold or obtain and keep valid, at minimum, a Black Seal Boiler's License.
- Have and keep a valid New Jersey driver's license.
- Have basic communications and computational skills.
- Building, facilities and maintenance experience preferred.
- Experience in specific craft areas, vocation and/or job responsibilities.
- Meet physical requirements of position.
- Hold state licenses (highly desirable).
Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or resident alien status.
