As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the property management support team supporting community residents and ensuring the property remains in excellent condition. Shift: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

What's the Job?

• Perform general building maintenance and repairs to ensure safety and functionality
• Complete painting and drywall repairs to maintain property aesthetics
• Handle basic plumbing repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs to resolve issues promptly
• Respond promptly to maintenance service requests and prepare vacant apartments for new residents

What's Needed?

• Experience in general maintenance, building repairs, or a related field
• Working knowledge of painting, drywall, plumbing, and basic electrical systems
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
