About the Role:
Building Maintenance
As a Maintenance, you'll play a key role in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for the residents at Heritage House in Atlantic.
As a Skilled Building Maintenance Professional, you will:
* Perform advanced maintenance and repairs in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and mechanics.
* Conduct regular safety inspections and preventative maintenance.
* Maintain grounds and assist with seasonal tasks like snow removal.
* Oversee and coordinate with external contractors.
* Transport residents to and from appointments.
Opening:
* Full-Time- 7AM-3:30PM, rotating weekends and on-call
Qualifications:
* 5 years of hands-on experience in construction trades or facility maintenance, preferred
* Proven ability to work independently and lead tasks across departments.
