As a Maintenance, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained environment for the residents at Heritage House in Atlantic.

• Perform advanced maintenance and repairs in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting, and mechanics.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain grounds and assist with seasonal tasks like snow removal.
• Oversee and coordinate with external contractors.
• Transport residents to and from appointments.

• Full-Time – 7AM‑3:30PM, rotating weekends and on‑call

• 5 years of hands‑on experience in construction trades or facility maintenance, preferred
• Proven ability to work independently and lead tasks across departments.

• The starting pay range for this position is $18‑$25/hour. Pay rate will be based off of years of experience.
