About the RoleThe main focus of this position is machine maintenance. Candidates should bring solid technical skills and a willingness to learn—many aspects of the role can be taught on the job. We are looking for individuals who enjoy variety in their responsibilities and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities include maintenance, repair, and upkeep of company machinery and building systems. This may also involve assisting in construction or renovation projects, general maintenance of plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical systems, and minor equipment repairs.
Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or maintenance role
- Basic knowledge of construction principles, HVAC, electrical, pneumatic systems, and general facility maintenance
- Previous experience in maintenance roles
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on molding presses, grinding machines, ECM cut‑off saws, electric motors, HVAC systems, electro polish, automatic cleaning systems, gluing stations, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, PLCs, VFDs, and metal forming equipment
- Troubleshoot malfunctions using SOPs, diagrams, manuals, and precision instruments
- Dismantle and repair defective parts using hoists, hand tools, and power tools
- Inspect and adjust parts using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring instruments
- Maintain inventory of equipment, parts, and supplies
- Document maintenance activities and prepare work orders
- Stay current with technical knowledge, SOPs, GMP, RCRA, DOT, and safety training
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand throughout an eight‑hour shift
