Project Aide - Environmental Services - Per diem

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned project work to maintain hospital facilities in a clean, orderly condition.
• Perform carpet care, hard floor restoration, and meeting set‑ups.

• 1–3 years of experience in cleaning services with working knowledge of floor care.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to adhere to policies and procedures without exception.
• Ability to effectively prioritize requests while maintaining established workflow.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs while maintaining focus on accomplishing tasks.
• Excellent oral communication and customer service skills when working with patients, families, physicians, and colleagues.
• Detail oriented with ability to accurately complete daily work tickets.
• Ability to work productively alone and as part of a collaborative team.

• Related experience, preferably in a hospital setting.

High school diploma or equivalent, or actively enrolled in a school program.

Ability to effectively communicate to all age levels served within the scope of the position/assigned areas.

• Must have the ability to perform the essential functions of the position without posing a direct threat to the health and safety of themselves or other individuals in the workplace, with or without a reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to sit/stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to reach, stretch, push, and lift 25 pounds.

$17.64–$26.58 per hour (full‑time). Individual compensation will be determined based on experience, skill, and education.
