Supervise, schedule, and manage a team of four Maintenance Technicians.;
Oversee light maintenance activities including minor plumbing, fixture adjustments, surface repairs, caulking, bulb replacement, and dispenser repairs.;
Respond promptly to maintenance issues and emergencies within assigned facilities.;
Serve as the primary contact for the client regarding maintenance-related matters, and provide before-and-after photos and written documentation.;
Maintain accurate inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and replacement parts; order parts as needed to support operations.
