Part-Time Custodian

About the Role

As a Custodian, you keep guest and staff areas spotless and safe. You support the daily operation of the Discovery Center by cleaning carpets, fixtures, and high‑traffic zones, maintaining cleanliness, reporting safety issues, and ensuring all public spaces support a beautiful experience for families.

• Clean, maintain, and sanitize all guest and staff areas, including floors and fixtures.
• Empty trash bins, clean surfaces, and keep areas shining.
• Restock and refresh restrooms and public areas throughout the day.
• Report any maintenance or safety concerns immediately.
• Safely operate custodial equipment and follow all cleaning and safety procedures.
• Work closely with teammates to keep the environment clean, safe, and magical.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Positive, engaging, and energetic personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, loud environment and confined spaces.
• Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Self‑motivated, responsible, and team‑oriented.
• Flexible availability—including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
• Adaptable, reliable, and ready to help create an amazing guest experience.

USD $13.73 per hour.
