Janitorial Building Maintenance

This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning facility, including shop areas, offices, and outdoor grounds. The position ensures all scheduled cleaning and maintenance tasks-from daily to annual-are completed on time.

Essential Functions

• Ensure that all of the daily, bi-weekly, weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annual activities are completed as scheduled
• Notify general facility maintenance issues (doors, bathrooms, etc.) to the Maintenance Supervisor as they arise
• Assist with the movement of materials or equipment within or between facilities
• Achieve quality and production goals
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines, and ITAR compliance
• Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills and Competencies

• Ability to work with and without supervision
• Personal effectiveness/credibility
• Clear and consistent communication with team
• Must be able to work overtime as necessary
• High School Diploma or equivalent
