The Maintenance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Auburn Hills, MI, responsible for overseeing maintenance activities within the manufacturing facility. This role coordinates daily maintenance and repair tasks, assigns work orders, and ensures equipment and systems are operating safely and efficiently. The Maintenance Supervisor leads a maintenance team, provides guidance and training, and monitors performance to support continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include scheduling and performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, and coordinating repairs with internal teams and external vendors. The role also involves managing maintenance records, supporting safety and compliance initiatives, monitoring inventory of tools and spare parts, and communicating operational updates to production leadership.

• Candidates should possess equipment maintenance and maintenance & repair skills for manufacturing machinery and facility systems.
• Candidates should possess preventive maintenance skills, including scheduling, inspection, and documentation of maintenance activities.
• Candidates should possess troubleshooting skills to identify root causes of equipment issues and implement effective solutions.
• Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in manufacturing environments, knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA standards, and familiarity with CMMS or maintenance tracking systems.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; technical training or certification in industrial maintenance, mechanics, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates should be able to read technical manuals and schematics, communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, and work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
