Capstone Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee all aspects of facility maintenance, renovation and repair. The role includes on-call emergencies 24/7, with established routines for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and longer-term tasks.
You will respond to resident requests within 24 hours and maintain grounds, tools, and equipment with a professional appearance. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and experience in apartment maintenance; HVAC certification
