Miltenyi Biotec, Inc. Auburn, CA, is seeking a Field Service Technician responsible for semi-routine to moderately complex instrument repair in a factory service center. You will troubleshoot, repair, QC test, and file reports for new and internal-use instruments, while supporting logistics and customer communication.
You will move large instruments, manage spare parts, and assist customers via email, phone, and video. Travel up to 10% domestically/internationally may be required.
