Maintenance Manager - Foundry

Our client, a well‑established and growing manufacturing organization, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance operations within a high‑volume production facility. The ideal candidate will be a hands‑on leader comfortable with high‑level decision‑making, team management, and continuous improvement. This permanent role is integral to operations and requires a professional with strong preventive maintenance, facility management, project management, budgeting, and team leadership skills.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.

• Oversee and manage all maintenance operations in the foundry, ensuring all machinery and equipment are in optimal condition.
• Develop, implement, and manage preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.
• Manage facility operations, ensuring the infrastructure is secure, efficient, and well‑maintained.
• Lead and oversee projects such as new installations, upgrades, and repairs.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost‑effectiveness.
• Lead a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Use expertise in welding, hydraulics, and PLC programming to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all operations comply with OSHA standards and maintain a safe work environment.
• Manage hydraulic and electrical systems.

• Minimum of 5 years of maintenance management experience in a foundry or similar environment.
• Proven experience in preventive maintenance, facility management, and project management.
• Strong budgeting skills and experience managing budgets.
• Demonstrated team leadership and high‑performing team experience.
• Expertise in welding, hydraulics, and PLC programming.
• Experience in process improvement with track record of driving efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Solid understanding of OSHA compliance in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Preferred: A degree in Engineering or related field.
