Maintenance Technician (Day Shift)
Auburn, IN
Onsite, Permanent/Direct Hire, Full Benefits (Day
1)
Day Shift (12-hour 3-2-2 schedule)
$28-33/hour
Requirements- Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required (Associate's Degree in a maintenance or technical field preferred). - Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in Industrial Maintenance. - Schedule:
Ability to work a 12-hour shift on a rotating 3-2-2 schedule.
- Equipment & Facility Repair:
Safely, timely, and professionally repair all types of equipment and facilities. - Troubleshooting:
Isolate causes of defective equipment and perform necessary repairs. - Inspections & PMs:
Complete daily walkthrough inspections, as well as run-time and downtime PMs on equipment in assigned areas. - Directives & Tracking:
Follow shift supervisor instructions and track time via work order completion. - Process Support:
Assist with troubleshooting production process issues as needed. - Safety & Compliance:
Work with a safety-first mindset while adhering to all LOTO, Arc Flash, Confined Space, and Environmental policies. - Communication & Cleanliness:
Maintain a clean work area, update team/supervision on maintenance status (verbally and written), and respond promptly to internal and external needs.
