We're looking for a hands-on Weekend Maintenance Supervisor to lead a small maintenance team supporting a high-volume shredding operation in Auburn.

This isn't a traditional maintenance management position where you're primarily sitting in an office. You'll lead a team of four maintenance employees while remaining actively involved with the equipment and troubleshooting
.

The ideal candidate is a Maintenance Lead, Lead Mechanic, or hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who has strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, enjoys working with equipment, and is comfortable leading a small team.

The operation runs Friday through Sunday, with the maintenance team responsible for keeping the shredding operation running reliably throughout the weekend.

There are openings on both shifts

Day Shift: 3:00am-3:00pm
Night Shift: 3:00pm-3:00am

The operation runs approximately 20 hours per day, Friday through Sunday.

Approximately 4 hours of the weekend maintenance schedule are dedicated to preventive maintenance
, with PM work intentionally spaced throughout the weekend to address the specific maintenance needs of the shredding equipment.

The remainder of the schedule is focused on keeping the operation running, troubleshooting problems, responding to equipment issues, and leading the maintenance team.

You're working three 12-hour shifts for a total of 36 hours per week

That means four full days away from work every week

• Lead and direct a team of four maintenance employees
