Qualifications:

• Demonstrates an attitude of flexibility in work assignments
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Interacts well with co-workers, students and staff
• Kitchen experience preferred

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in the preparation of breakfast and lunch in a quick and pleasant manner, point of sale, salad bar prep, wash dishes, fill flatware stations, load milk, assist in preparing meals and clean up daily.
• Assist in completing tracking meal components daily.
• Assist preparing the cafeteria serving area for each day’s service.
• Register responsibilities on a rotationally basis
• Assist with the FFVP grant production daily at Walton.
• Help to replenish the food as needed.
• Adhere to Auburn School Department’s HAACP plan
• Follow strict protocols with cleaning and sanitizing.
• Work closely as a valuable TEAM member at Walton in all aspects of the meal service
• Other duties assigned by immediate supervisor as the need arises.
