Position: Automotive Hourly Technician
Light Maintenance Technician – Rairdon’s Nissan of Auburn Auburn, WA | Full-Time | $18-$25/hr DOE + Benefits Are you ready to jumpstart your automotive career with a reputable dealership that values growth, training, and a team-first attitude? Rairdon’s Nissan of Auburn is looking for a motivated Light Maintenance Technician to join our fast-paced service department.

Paid Time Off (PTO):
All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.

What You’ll Do:

As a Light Maintenance Tech, you’ll be on the front line of our customer service experience, responsible for performing quick maintenance services, including:

Oil and filter changes

Tire rotations and pressure checks

Fluid inspections and top-offs Multi-point inspections

Assisting with basic vehicle care and light-duty repairs
