Maintenance Technician

Multi-site Maintenance Technician – Tarragon Property Services

Full‑time position located at Palermo Apartments – 7101 Lindsay Ave SE, Auburn WA 98092.

Schedule:

Sunday – Thursday, 8 am – 5 pm.

Compensation: $24.50‑$30.00 per hour plus monthly bonuses. • Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances and more
• Complete work orders and prepare units for new residents
• Rotate on‑call for emergency maintenance
• Order supplies and keep accurate records
• Maintain safety and property standards

• 1 year or more of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or a related trade
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and understand English
• Ability to use a computer and the property tracking systems
• Professional appearance
• Willingness to comply with all safety regulations
• Availability to work weekends and non‑traditional holidays
• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, crouch, and lift 50+ lbs
