Salary: $27.00-$29.00 per hour and competitive benefits package

Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, The Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for all aspects of facility maintenance, renovation, and repair. The Property Maintenance Technician serves on a maintenance on-call rotation assisting with after-hours maintenance emergencies.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Responds to all maintenance requests/calls within a reasonable timeframe.
- Identify facilities deficiencies and recommend remedies.
- Participate in the after-hours on-call response rotation for emergency and/or weather-related situations.
- Works mandatory overtime as needed.
- Provides escorts to contractors on-site.
- Assists with room set-ups, Health & Safety Inspections and furniture movement.
- Perform inspections and make necessary repairs when units are vacated.
- Conducts daily general inspections of the assigned building(s) and reports findings to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Performs preventative maintenance assignments on time.
- Submits requests for proper material/supplies to complete repairs.
- Consult with Maintenance Supervisor daily on the progress and impending issues.
- Displays knowledge, skills, and quality workmanship always.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- 2-3 years of general maintenance experience in property management or related field.
- Must have troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in verbal communication.
- Possess strong customer service skills.
