Capstone On-Campus Management is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician for Campus Corner Apartments at Green River College. Under the direct supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor, you will handle facility maintenance, renovation and repair and participate in after-hours emergencies.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, 2–3 years of maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, good communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and respond
