In order to apply for the CBA position, participants must be contracted through the WA Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) services and working with a contracted service provider from Skills Inc. and DVR.

Due to Skills Inc.'s participation in the defense industry, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) apply. • Constant exposure to moving mechanical parts.
• Constant reaching forward and below waist level.
• Constant use of fingers/hands/arms to grasp, pinch, pull, and feel.
• Frequent bending/squatting.

• Frequent lifting or moving up to 30lbs and occasional lifting up to 50lbs.
• Frequent repetitive motions.

Aerospace Manufacturing, Aerospace Finishing, and Business Solutions, which operate in 2 locations. Skills Inc. employs over 250 people, and our social mission is to train, employ, and serve persons with disabilities. We accomplish our mission in three ways: direct hire, vocational programs and services, and serving as a resource to the community.
