What You'll Do
Exemplifies Muckleshoot Casino Resort's values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism.
Responsible for vacuuming, wiping out, and removal of rubbish from the inside of machines.
Clean and test card readers.
Clean and calibrate bill acceptors.
Clean and test buttons and lights.
Clean and test printers.
Clean and test all locking mechanisms on floor equipment or gaming devices.
Replace machine lighting as needed.
Document work in maintenance tracking website.
Open service issues for machines/components that fail testing or needing repair.
Creates, maintains, and facilitates a positive and safe work environment; promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel.
Perform other tasks/duties as assigned.
What You'll Bring
Demonstrate willingness and ability to gain mechanical aptitude, knowledge, and skills for electronic games.
How You'll Be Successful
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Read, write and speak English fluently.
Ability to read and understand all safety labeling and cautions on equipment, chemicals, and supplies.
Ability to learn and comprehend job assignments, policies, safety precautions, and instructions.
Ability to work with tools or equipment, screwdriver, scissors, keys, etc.
