• Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain community appearance and operations.
• Ensure overall cleanliness and curb appeal of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.
• Assist in preparing vacant apartments for move‑in and handle resident service requests as directed.
• Possess a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and professionalism in appearance.
• Proficient or willing to learn plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, drywall, and minor carpentry.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
