Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on store facilities and equipment;
Develop preventative maintenance schedules and complete PMs on time;
Conduct training for Store Associates regarding care and cleaning of equipment;
Perform minor repairs on facilities, equipment, or fixtures (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, material handling equipment, food equipment);
Manage work orders and maintenance logs, expense vouchers, weekly summaries, and other documentation
