MC - Up to $18.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Manage work orders and adhere to preventative maintenance schedule;
Perform maintenance tasks including carpet shampooing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, caulking;
Maintain and manage inventory of maintenance supplies and place orders;
Prepare rooms for housekeeping by removing linens, trash, moving furniture, and noting maintenance needs;
Follow property emergency procedures and ensure guest security
