Building Services Worker - Rock Eagle - Temporary
Position Summary:
This role performs manual custodial care of Rock Eagle 4-H Education Center cottages, buildings, and facilities, including cleaning and minor maintenance work throughout the center. The incumbent follows established routines, uses proper cleaning methods and materials, and works independently with minimal supervision.

- Prepares cottages/buildings for the arrival of and use by guests of Rock Eagle 4-H Center.
- Sweeps, mops, scrub floors, dusts and cleans furniture, washes windows, walls, trash cans, and glass doors.
- Cleans buildings and cottages public areas, restrooms, and drinking fountains.
- Replenishes supplies in supply closets.
- Empties trash and sweeps outside walkways and porches.
- Operates vacuums, wet vacuums, shampooer, and other floor machines.

- Complete setup of meeting facilities by arranging tables and chairs according to guests’ requirements.
- 5%
- Operate laundry; sorting, washing/drying, folding, and storing linens.
- Prepare for guest linen requests.
- 5%
- Inspect cottages and buildings.
- Document work orders for cottages and buildings.

- Availability to drive and possession of a valid driver’s license (driving is required).
