Perform routine maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep guest rooms and public areas in excellent condition;
Assist with the preventative maintenance checklist and complete minor repairs such as replacing ceiling tiles, light bulbs, patching vinyl, unclogging toilets, replacing faucet washers;
Carry tools, prepare the worksite and assist maintenance staff as needed;
Clean and sweep parking lot and sidewalk areas; maintain grounds as necessary;
Respond to guest questions and requests to ensure guest satisfaction
