- High School Diploma with 2-3 years of custodial and facilities experience
- Two-year college degree or higher preferred
- Thorough knowledge of building maintenance needs, supplies, and equipment
- Ability to read, write, and understand general instructions
- Ability to read and follow detailed written and verbal instructions
- Experience mixing and using a variety of cleaning chemicals and agents
- Own transportation with a valid State of Georgia driver’s license and vehicle insurance coverage
- Must be able to attend all meetings, local, out of town, and out of state
Must complete a comprehensive criminal background check as part of pre-employment process. Must pass substance abuse testing and provide references. E.O.E.

SalaryAnnual salary: $13.31 - $17.47 (Hourly).
