The Refrigeration Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing refrigeration, HVAC, ice machine, and related mechanical systems throughout the resort. This position ensures all refrigeration equipment operates efficiently to support guest comfort, food safety, and daily resort operations. Responsibilities include responding to maintenance work orders in a timely manner, performing preventive maintenance on refrigeration and HVAC systems, diagnosing equipment issues, and maintaining accurate service records.

The Refrigeration Technician will also assist with general engineering projects as needed and complete other duties assigned by the Chief Engineer.

• Previous hotel experience desired
• Experience with record keeping
• Strong office & computer skills required (Excel, word & outlook)
• Provide legible communication and directions
• Compute basic mathematical calculations (add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers)
