Maintenance:
Manage work orders and preventative maintenance tasks including carpet cleaning, electrical and plumbing minor repairs, and general upkeep of facilities;
Inventory:
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools and place orders;
Housekeeping: Prepare rooms for housekeepers including removing linens and trash and assisting with maintenance needs;
Emergency Procedures:
Follow property emergency procedures and ensure guest security;
