We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor with at least 4 years of on‑site maintenance experience in multi‑family or residential properties, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. You will oversee maintenance and grounds personnel, manage preventative maintenance, coordinate with vendors, prepare apartments for make‑ready turns, complete service requests, and troubleshoot HVAC systems. HVAC certification is required for this position.
Responsibilities- Oversee maintenance and grounds personnel
- Manage ongoing maintenance needs, including preventative maintenance and repairs
- Coordinate with vendors for contracted services, including capital improvement projects
- Pre‑prep apartments for make‑ready turns
- Perform general maintenance duties as necessary
- Be on‑call and respond to after‑hour emergency calls
- Handle snow removal and maintenance of grounds, including common areas
- Preventative maintenance and repair on HVAC and other mechanical systems
- Complete work orders for service requests, including plumbing, carpentry, and light electrical
- Extensive knowledge of on‑site maintenance management
- 4–5 years of maintenance experience in multi‑family/residential properties with 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Detailed knowledge of make‑ready unit turns (light carpentry, plumbing, electrical)
- HVAC certification (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, automotive insurance, and ability to travel to other properties if needed
- Basic set of tools
