As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the hands‑on problem solver who keeps our operations running smoothly. In this vital role, you’ll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair machinery, equipment, building systems, and electrical and piping infrastructure—ensuring everything operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. If you enjoy diagnosing problems, working with a variety of systems, and making a real impact every day, this is the role for you!
Job Duties /Responsibilities- Keep our property looking its best by repairing and maintaining buildings and grounds, including painting, carpentry, drywall repair, and caring for the swimming pool and its equipment.
- Stay one step ahead of breakdowns by performing preventative maintenance, inspecting, testing, and servicing machinery and equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation.
- Put your technical skills to work by installing, troubleshooting, and repairing plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems that keep our facility running efficiently.
