Are you a skilled Maintenance Supervisor ready for a long-term opportunity with a company that values your expertise? Brookside Properties is hiring a hands-on leader to oversee maintenance operations at The Hendrix, a well-maintained apartment community in Augusta.

What You'll Do
- Oversee all maintenance operations for the community
- Manage service requests, work orders, and unit turns
- Lead, train, and support maintenance team members
- Ensure property, grounds, and amenities are well-maintained
- Coordinate vendors and control maintenance expenses
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing standards
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of multifamily maintenance supervisor experience
- Strong HVAC skills + EPA Certification (Type II or Universal required)
- CPO and pool experience
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs
- Leadership experience managing teams and vendors
- Reliable transportation and basic tools
- Ability to work outdoors and handle physical demands
- Strong communication and customer service skills
