We're hiring part-time Cleaning Technicians
, with the opportunity to grow into more hours or full-time employment as our company grows.

• Pay: $15-$22/hour based on training progress, performance, role, and responsibility
• Hours: Approximately 3-25+ hours/week
• Schedule: Flexible; most work occurs between 8:00 a.m.
  
  -8:00 p.m.
• Training: Paid — professional cleaning experience is not required
• Growth: Opportunities for more hours, leadership, and advancement
• Work: Residential and commercial properties throughout the CSRA

You’ll receive paid training, professional equipment, and low-tox cleaning products while working with a positive, supportive team.

You'll work independently and with a team to create clean, healthy spaces for local families and businesses.

• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, offices, and other areas
• Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and detail surfaces
• Follow our cleaning systems, checklists, and quality standards
• Manage your time while maintaining excellent work
• Communicate concerns and take ownership when something needs attention
• Treat clients, their property, and your teammates with care and respect

This is active, physical work involving bending, reaching, lifting equipment, climbing stairs, and working at a steady pace.

We can teach you our cleaning systems. What we can't teach nearly as easily is character.

Professional cleaning experience is helpful, but not required.

You must be able to follow detailed processes, work efficiently, notice details, communicate professionally, receive feedback, and reliably arrive at scheduled jobs on time.

A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, mobile device, and ability to travel between client locations are required.

We don't expect perfection.
We do expect honesty, effort, accountability, dependability, and growth.

If you frequently miss commitments, struggle with punctuality, dislike feedback or accountability, or need constant supervision to stay productive, we're probably not the right fit.
