Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm, some Saturday work as needed
Salary Range: $30 - $33 per hour (commensurate with experience)
Reports to: Project Manager

Position Overview

PK Companies, PK Industrial - Mid-Con Division is seeking a Commercial Insulator Forman to support our operations in the Augusta, Kansas area. As a Commercial Insulator Foreman at PK you will oversee inspection activities on commercial construction or maintenance projects to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, project specifications, and quality standards. This role combines hands-on inspection work with leadership duties, coordinating inspection teams, managing schedules, and communicating findings to project managers

Types of Insulation:
Fiberglass, Duct Wrap, Vapor Barriers, and PVC Jacketing

Duties include:

• Perform detailed inspections of commercial construction sites, structures, systems, or materials to verify compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project plans.
• Identify deficiencies, safety hazards, and quality issues; ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Document inspection findings through reports, photos, and digital systems.
• Verify contractor work aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
