You'll lead and schedule maintenance technicians, coordinate with vendors, and oversee project bids. What You'll Do As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Overseeing daily maintenance operations at the property Leading and scheduling maintenance technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks Coordinating with vendors for repairs, supplies, and project bids Managing preventative maintenance schedules to keep the property in top condition Conducting property assessments and identifying areas for improvement

What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Prior experience in maintenance or trades-related work A strong safety focus and knowledge of safety protocols Excellent leadership and communication skills
