JOB DESCRIPTION:

This is a maintenance and personal service work involving custodial care and maintenance of an assigned area with a Work Schedule to follow. Work is performed under general supervision. REPRESENTATIVE TASKS:
Picks up waste and recycle in an office setting in an assigned area. Scrubs, mops, waxes, and polishes floors vacuum carpets dusts and polishes furniture washes windows, woodwork, toilets, washrooms, and fixtures to maintain cleanliness and appearance. KNOWLEDGES, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment related to custodial duties. Ability to perform a variety of manual tasks in the care, cleaning, and maintenance of buildings and equipment. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Ability to adjust work schedule as needed due to operational needs. Ability to use a computer for email and time entry. Ability to work and make decisions on your own.

Ability to follow work rules and Standard Operating Procedures

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Experience and training which demonstrates a basic knowledge of grounds and maintenance and repair. APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
